Due to the economic climate, there are now a lot of 'very cheap' Hotels, B&B's and Guest Houses in Blackpool.   Extremely low prices can only be achieved by sacrificing something.
Here at the Newlands Hotel, we refuse to compromise on our level of cleanliness, fresh laundry policies, 1st rate menu ingredients, etc. as many have done.  We will therefore be freezing our current low prices for the foreseeable future but will not be reducing our tariff by offering inferior quality or service.

The Newlands hotel do not take same sex groups, stag or hen parties, etc.         Family groups, mixed parties of friends, conference or competition attendees and contractors are however accepted.

***    Important Booking Conditions (please read): 

	Accommodation provisionally booked shall be held for a maximum of five working days, please confirm your booking within that time along with a £20 deposit per person (non-refundable). Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.   Rooms held on 'short notice' shall have terms agreed at the time of arrangement and holding of rooms shall be based upon proposed arrival time.
	Full payment by cheque can only be accepted if balance is received a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival.
	No refund can be given for meals not taken.

	Deposits can now be paid with credit card via Paypal.  All major debit and credit cards accepted: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and American Express.
