Here at the Newlands Hotel, we refuse to compromise on our level of cleanliness, fresh laundry policies, 1st rate menu ingredients, constant hot water & heating, etc. as many have done. Un-confirmed bookings are assumed to have been cancelled and rooms will therefore be re-booked.
