Bedrooms:

The Newlands Hotel has Double, Triple and Family rooms available (8 in total), most of which have full en suite facilities.   All our guest rooms are comfortable, clean and centrally heated with wash basin, towels, soap, adequate storage (for clothing etc.), colour Television and tea and coffee making facilities.

We are probably the only hotel in Blackpool to show you pictures of ALL our rooms (even where photographs can be difficult to take).  Sometimes pictures do not do the rooms full justice so please feel free to call in & view before you book.

Room 1: 'En-Suite' double room, complete with four poster bed. Sleeps two persons very comfortably (very popular). Non - smoking

	Room 2: 'En-Suite' Family room. Sleeps four people comfortably. Can also fit a travel cot (extending this to five). Non-Smoking

Room 3: 'En-Suite' Family room Sleeps up to four.   Includes 'extra large' shower cubicle. Non - Smoking

	Room 4: 'Standard' Triple room. Sleeps up to 3 people comfortably. Room contains washbasin, however toilet & shower facilities are a few feet from the room. Non-Smoking

	Room 5: 'En-suite' double room. Sleeps two persons very comfortably. Non-Smoking

Room 7: 'En-suite' double room. Good sized room with 'king size' bed. Sleeps two persons very comfortably. Smoking allowed

	Room 8: Large 'En-Suite' family room. Very spacious, sleeps up to five people comfortably.  Can also fit a travel cot (extending this to Six).   Smoking Allowed

'Standard' double room.

Room contains washbasin, however toilet & shower facilities are a few feet from the room.

Dining Room:

Enjoy a delicious 'home-cooked' breakfast between 8 and 9 a.m. in our Lord of the Rings themed 'Middle Earth' Dining room.                                                  

Evening meals and buffets for larger parties, are also available (please request on booking).            

Alternatively, why not visit the bar (music room) for a light snack or bar meal (available from mid-day to 8:00pm.

Bar:

Relax in the bar area (the 'music room'), for your favorite tipple (be it tea, coffee or even something a little stronger!). Snacks and bar meals (including childrens portions), crisps, sweets, etc. are always available. Children are allowed at all times and there's always music, amusements, toys and games around to keep them entertained.        (see: for the kids)
