The Newlands Hotel is a small, friendly, licensed Hotel / Guest House catering for families and couples and is ideally situated in a 'family friendly' area of Central Blackpool.

Originally built in the 1870's as a Victorian 'boarding house', the Newlands is one of the oldest hotels in the town and has now been providing guest accommodation for over 130 years. 
Every year sees new additions to our themes, which make us completely unique in Blackpool and probably the world.  Everything from the 'Music Room' bar to the 'Lord of the Rings' dining room and the 'cat & mouse' stairway almost makes the hotel a Blackpool attraction in it's own rights.
 
The Newlands is located just off the Central Promenade less than 200 metres from the beach and Central Pier, yet handy for the town centre and its many shops and arcades.   
Bloomfield Road football ground, car parks, bus and train stations, tram stops, Blackpool Tower, the Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre, Sea Life centre, Madame Tussaud's Waxworks and the local multi-screen 'Odeon' cinema are all just a few minutes walk.
